Decision Systems Corporation (DSC) was organized in Manila in 1973 to provide technology services offering systems development, hardware solutions and professional technology education. |

It was appointed in 1978 as a Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) systems integrator and original equipment manufacturer of its hardware, operating systems and services. As DEC established its own country office in Manila , DSC continued as a DEC value-added reseller, building its own applications software and providing engineering services to install and maintain DEC systems. |

The company started to focus on the banking and finance services industry in 1985,and in 1989 DSC was appointed a distributor of Verifone, a major provider of credit/debit card point-of-sale terminals and host-based credit/debit card software. DSC has been a key player in the credit/debit card point-of-sale and software business. Its customers include local and foreign banks, credit card companies and point-of-sale terminal users. |

The DSC Guam office began operating in May 1992, initially serving the various systems requirements of Citibank, Guam . At present, DSC Guam continues to serve Citibank for its financial systems requirements along with other major banks and institutions on the island such as Bank of Guam and Marianas Credit Bureau (MCB), MARINET, FHP, Bank Pacific, SpotCheck and many others. Through the years, DSC has demonstrated its ability to succeed and grow in a competitive and fast changing industry. Today, it has strengthened its resolve to help its customers make technology work, enabling them to serve their own customers better, faster and cheaper. The company believes that its own success hinges on the continuing success of its customers. |
